Since regaining their charter, Louisiana Epsilon has experienced success on campus, both in the classroom and out, as well as off campus. Just this past year, SAE at LSU was named a Gold Chapter by Greek Affairs, and has received top 5 rankings in GPA in each of the past 3 semesters. Off campus, SAE has participated in both community service projects and the nationally recognized True Gentleman Day of Service.
In this upcoming semester, the chapter plans to continue their accomplishments. The chapter has created a new position on pledge council to help pledges make the transition from the high school classroom to the college one. Junior Patrick Vocke is the new pledge academic chair, and his responsibilities will be to monitor individual pledges' progress in their classes and find brothers to tutor pledges that need help in certain subjects.
