2009 Corral Weekend Another Record
The Chapter had a successful Corral this year. Wayne Toups and Zydecajun sounded great Friday night, and after a win against Auburn, the Chee Weez successfully rocked the house.

The Chapter is in final stages of preparation for one of it's annual parties, Corral. Featured will be: Friday, October 23 - Wayne Toups and Zydecajun and Saturday, October 24 after the game - 80's cover band The Chee Weez. All Alumni are encouraged to attend.

During the first week of school, Louisiana Epsilon participated in formal rush on LSU's campus. Due to the hard work of the members, especially Rush Chairman Michael Williams, the chapter pledged 25 solid guys.

Chapter Welcomes New Faculty Academic Advisor
This past semester Dr. Jan Hinson, SAE Academic Advisor, left LSU to become the Department Chair at UNC ??Charlotte. While her departure will no doubt be hard to fill, we have been left in quite capable hands. Rachel Rotolo, an Administrative Program Specialist for the College of Education, is our new chapter advisor. Rachel comes highly recommended and has already helped out brothers with their scheduling and academic needs.

Chapter Looks to Continue Success Both On and Off Campus
Since regaining their charter, Louisiana Epsilon has experienced success on campus, both in the classroom and out, as well as off campus. Just this past year, SAE at LSU was named a Gold Chapter by Greek Affairs, and has received top 5 rankings in GPA in each of the past 3 semesters. Off campus, SAE has participated in both community service projects and the nationally recognized True Gentleman Day of Service.
